About Kitchen Watcher

An independent research site for people who want to buy kitchen gear once, on the evidence.

Choosing an air fryer or a stove safety device usually means comparing spec sheets that don't match, lab tests spread across a dozen sites, and owner reviews that contradict each other. Kitchen Watcher does that comparison for you and shows its work: every measurement is credited to the lab or publication that took it, every spec is labeled as the manufacturer's claim, and every safety recall is linked to the official record.

We don't test products hands-on. Our job is to read everything that has been measured and reported about a product, weigh it fairly, and tell you plainly what it adds up to. The details are on how we research.

How the site is paid for

When you buy through some of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes which products we recommend or how we rank them. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
